Guaranteed Reservations to be Held: Guaranteed reservations will be held until midnight on the date of arrival. All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card.

Guest Substitution: The Hotel will allow name substitutions for reserved rooms without penalty.

Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of ¥31,000 (single occupancy) or ¥43,500 (double occupancy), if check-out is on Saturday will be charged to the guests if they do not alert the front desk within 24 hours of an early check-out.

Guest Cancellation: Individuals may cancel reservations without penalty until 3 days prior to check-in/arrival date. In case of cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival, the Hotel will charge one (1) night at the booked group rate as a cancellation fee.
